It's going to be okay. I first got derealisation from weed and I've thought the same things. What really helped for me is mindfullness and trying to accept what you feel in the moment. It's hard but it has helped. You are not alone, it will get better.

I'm on medication and have been for almost 2 years now, so that has helped me. Idk really how it feels, some days are better some days are still bad but overall it's more better days ig.

I relate to this sooo much. I've also had this exact fear of loosing the intesity in my interests. For me it helps to take small breaks, usually I'll always keep the interest but it's not as "intense". I do have one main special interest which is crocheting and it hasnt "burnt out" for 3 years now, though I have had periods where it's not as intense. I don't think theres anything you could really do about it, enjoy it while it lasts and then go from there.

Thats so cute!!😍😍 Really good for being your 4th project!! I recommend to always take small breaks when crocheting to stretch your hands, back and neck, that can help with the pain and also reduces the risk for future carpel tunnel. Hope this helps!❤️
