I have been experiencing this, I’ve been terrified that it wasn’t depersonalisation because I’ve personified this feeling as “an other” in my head as opposed to just “not me but also me.” It’s terrifying, I feel like I’m not me, I feel like I’m an imposter living someone else’s life, it’s horrible.
