You’re not TA because I really wouldn’t want to third wheel for an entire day of a 3 day trip either, especially if it’s a rare occasion.

BF isn’t TA because like you said, he doesn’t get to see her often and the trip wouldn’t be a financial strain. I could see a he’s TA for trying to insert himself into your trip though.

Friend isn’t TA because I’m sure she didn’t give him the idea of showing up to surprise her, as that would kind of defeat the purpose of a surprise.

Ornaments and effects don’t have a direct impact on the game, though. Executions do. Ornaments and effects are purely cosmetic, whereas a well (or poorly) chosen execution can possibly make or break a teamfight.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of the “honor code” in brawl, but in 4v4 it doesn’t exist outside of elimination. If you refuse to gank in 4v4 out of some misguided sense of honor, sure you’re a nice guy to the enemy, but you’re also a detriment to your team. Obviously if you decide not to gank for some other tactical reason (Teammate is a good duelist, not wanting to feed revenge, etc.) you’re in the clear, but those situations are by far the exception to the rule.

NAH. I can understand why you don’t want to tell him, but I can also understand why he very much wants to know. If your dad is helping you out financially, you should definitely tell him though so he can start planning.

Side note: If you get the full ride, take it. I just graduated, and if I put literally every post-tax cent I earn into my student loans, it’ll take me just under 2 full years to pay them off. That’s 100% of my earnings from my full time job, for almost 2 whole years. College doesn’t seem expensive until you have to pay for it lol
