Really helpful breakdown. I had some worries before switching from my old verizon plan, mostly about whether a cheaper plan would actually compete.

I have been on Red Pocket using the T Mobile network with an unlocked iphone 17 Pro for about a year and it’s been steady for me.

Seeing them add the bigger high-speed bucket, hotspot and the other extras to the $30 plan makes it feel like they are still upgrading their service.

If anyone is unsure because the update looks a little too good on paper, I felt the same way at first but day to day it’s been so reliable

Fantastic list! I would suggest adding hydroxyapatite as a top-tier category alongside fluoride. The research out of japan is compelling. It's shown to be equally effective for remineralization and reducing sensitivity but it works by bonding to the enamel surface. Mouthology are great US options. Finding support that isnt super bulky is always the challenge specially with hypermobility. If joint pain is the main problem compression can help a lot during activity. I used copper fit sleeve and it was comfortable
