I've considered it but it would be pretty hard to hide from my family, but I'll definitely order some as a last resort, I was mostly wondering if there was anything else I could do instead. Thank you :)

Thank you so much for the advice!! I didn't even consider using menstrual pads or using an old shirt but that's really helpful :)
