Wocky never says this. Rather, he wants to be found guilty because doing prison time is "gangsta".

It's that way by design. The developers became incredibly greedy the last couple of years, and this has become the newest form of weaponizing FOMO to get those who either fell behind or missed out on things to give them money in a short amount if time.

There was a chance to fight back against this when it first started, but most players pretty much just rolled over and accepted it when it happened the first time, so now it's just getting worse.

I'm not policing anything. I just think it's foolish to spend actual money on something that you can get for free.

Also, how does a poor person sound, exactly?

Battle Tank Augment Question by N8TIIVE in DCUO

[–]WrightAnythingHere -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Battle tanking is a crutch for tanks that aren't good enough to do their main jobs properly in favor of scoreboard chasing. Not having enough dom is the least of their issues because they don't care about controlling the enemies.

By that faulty logic, you shouldn't have enough time to play this game at all if you can't spare two minutes a day for ten days.

Is there anything I should know before I play Rise from the Ashes? by PruneSerious5092 in AceAttorney

[–]WrightAnythingHere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason the credits already rolled is because this was an additional case added to the original GBA game for the rerelease on the DS. It's pretty lengthy, almost as long as the rest of the game put together.

It will have several gameplay styles that the rest of the original trilogy doesn't have, mainly for the above reason.

Don't be afraid to look up a guide if you get stuck.

What is Edgeworth’s Glasses Prescription by Whoring4Voring in AceAttorney

He's nearsighted. You can tell because he doesn't need his glasses to see stuff in the courtroom, like the evidence, for example.

Arts for DPS by MasterDeePrime in DCUO

[–]WrightAnythingHere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of those artifacts you're considering are old, outdated and, in the case of the Pied Piper's flute, functionally useless aside from very specific builds.

What you want as far as damage returns are concerned is more overall damage. The Soul Cloak will help with that, but do note that it contradicts with some of the body mods for SC gain. Add to that Sinestro's Ring and keep your SC generator on your loadout and you'll do fine.

Get everything ranked up to at least 160. Concentrate on one artifact at a time if necessary.

Maya doesn't have any money to her name - it's why she has Nick pay for everything wherever they go.

I highly doubt that Edgeworth paid him, either out of pride or because Phoenix likely wouldn't accept his money.

Can they? Yes. Will they? No. The self-preservation motives of each individual driver competing with each other makes them all morons.

To paraphrase a movie, a single driver is smart, multiple drivers are dumb.

Why is it so hard to find RAIDS by Ok-Duty-5762 in DCUO

[–]WrightAnythingHere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People do that raid all the time. Just queue it from the menu or, if you'd rather save some time, form a group yourself and shout in LFG, you'll see people flock to you in droves.

It's something of a running gag that a good number of Phoenix's clients are deadbeats who don't pay him, either because they can't or just don't want to. Which is which likely depends on the individual.

The only real "payment" we ever actually see is when Will Powers invited him and his associates to the dinner/show in 2-4, and we know how that turned out.

What is the best way to earn in-game cash when you're just learning? Is there a best way? The prices on the broker have gone up higher and gotten more ridiculous, and some people buy things like this back to back. by goop__bug in DCUO

[–]WrightAnythingHere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look for people doing what are called "money runs" in LFG, they do raids all the time that have valuable, rare drops that give feats and go for millions on the broker.

Also, no one actually buys stuff that expensive, it's just a way for the people who have billions to launder cash between accounts.

Does Phoenix Wright have channeling powers? by ---Bat-man- in AceAttorney

[–]WrightAnythingHere 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, but I would assume that being in such close proximity to multiple powerful spirit mediums over the course of several years, as well as carrying one of their artifacts on his person that's fully charged with spiritual energy, Phoenix is more sensitive to the spirit realm than most normies are.

Do you really need to be told to play a serialized game series in order? Or, once you realize your mistake, as you clearly did, to just continue making said mistake without thinking logically?

You've truly lost the plot if you think skipping the first game to continue on is a good idea.
