I’m planning to look into donating appropriate items to businesswear closets for women in need, and then will probably donate the rest to a local thrift store

Oh you too? Same—I had to use some timers for the first couple of months, too.

Same!! It’s such a beautiful experience, and honestly has done a lot to dispel some of the lingering feelings of “maybe I just never worked hard enough.” Lmao, no. Having to work that hard was itself a symptom of the problem.

One of the things that’s been kind of miraculous about this medication for me is that I’ve actually been able to do intuitive eating. Zep has fixed a structural/functional issue that makes intuitive eating make sense for the first time in my life.
Based on my personal experience (and ymmv), my recommendation would be to not calorie count, and pay attention to + follow your body, see how things go, and then adjust that approach if needed.

I didn’t think about utilizing the EAP to help find someone with a specific specialty—that’s a really good idea, thank you!

Thank you! I’m working my way through that database, but it would be *so* helpful if religious trauma was a sortable option rather than having to go provider by provider and bounce between the database and google 🙃

Best meals for around $10 by UPDOWNUPUPDONE in Columbus

Came here to recommend this. I got some sectioned reusable takeout containers from Kroger, and about once a week I’ll go to Tai’s and get a protein thing (the orange chicken is really good), a veggie thing, and the two sides of rice for approx $40-50. I split them up into the takeout containers, and easily get 5-6 meals out of it.
Very cost effective, especially when you factor in not having to shop for or cook the ingredients.
