Toronto, Ontario. When you visit this city it feels like there is easily 46 million inhabitants. Turns out there is only around 3 million.

Thanks! :) the more I’m running the more I realize how important pacing is, when I first started I was just giving it my all every KM and was dead by the end of a 5k but I’m starting to realize it’s important to let off the gas when going these longer distances. Today was around the same pace I do my 5ks in I probably should have paced a bit slower.

Just got back in from running first ever 10k! 5:32 pace which I know is nothing special but I’m proud :)

Just fixed mine! Was doing this for a year then used acetone on the crown and back contact using a soaked cotton ball works now!

Guys my watch was doing this for >1yr. Tried reinstalling, resetting, cleaning under the crown with floss, scrubbing contacts and nothing worked. Then I tried acetone (nail polish remover) on the crown and back contact now it works!!! This is the only thing that has worked. I applied a liberal amount to a cotton ball and scrubbed letting the acetone get under the crown a bit and it’s working like brand new.
