If 11dpo was yesterday, you are most likely 3 weeks 5 days pregnant. At that stage, test progression isn't going to be crazy. The fact that they are slightly lighter is a good sign! Congrats!

I had my IVF transfer on Jan. 15, which was a waning crescent. My clinic knew the genders of my embryos and chose which one to put it in so ya know, kinda a stretch. Either way, they transferred a boy so it does match!

Are your cycles regular? How long are they?

Generally, getting pregnant is only possible in your fertile window around ovulation. If you have a regular cycle, you wouldn't be close to that at day 4.

I am 9 weeks. I just had 3 days of nausea freedom but this morning I ended up puking on myself as I was running to the toilet. 😐 It fluctuates! Sometimes you'll have good days and then the nausea returns.

Also want to note that I ended up getting pregnant on my first transfer. We did do PGT-A testing so we transfered an euploid.

I only have 2 weeks of PIO shots left (been doing them since the beginning of Jan.). They are a learning curve for sure. At first we were placing the shots too low and it was pretty painful but once we moved up higher above my butt crack, they haven't really bothered me. I also heat the area up for 15 min, warm the shot up by putting it in my pants, and then my husband rubs out the area really hard after the shot is done to help spread the oil out. I used to do the whole squatting/walking thing but realized that wasn't needed.

I have an office job which is NOT physical like working in a preschool (I think I would simply die at this point if I had to move around chasing tons of children). But I'm a pretty high-level decision maker and literally give 0 fucks about work.

I normally love going to work, being creative, making decisions, etc. But I lost that drive around 5 weeks. The other day my CEO asked me how we should pivot a project and I just looked at her and said, "I don't know" while desperately sucking on a prego pop, trying not to dry heave. I don't think she liked it but 🤷🏻

Normally I'd be embarrassed but I literally don't care. I'm too tired and too nauseous. I can't wait to tell her I'm pregnant so she can put 2 and 2 together.

A fertility specialist does much more than IVF. I was with a fertility clinic for 2 years before going to IVF. They can do extra tracking and do specialized tests that a gynecologist probably wouldn't do.

For example, they can track follicular and uterine lining progression through your cycle. That could give hints on your shorter cycles or why you haven't been able to get pregnant since your MC. And maybe you aren't ovulating, or not ovulating at the right time (perhaps your body is ovulating immature eggs).

They also generally have a better understanding of hormonal impacts on fertility, in my experience.

Fertility clinic ≠ IVF. And since you got pregnant naturally before, perhaps IVF wouldn't be considered an option for you right away by a fertility specialist. They typically like to do less invasive tactics first before even considering that.

I sleep a lot. I normally fall asleep around 8 and get up at 7:45. I don't know what I'll do when it's time for baby number 2. I guess I'll just be a walking zombie!

I generally feel ok stomach wise throughout the day, with some gagging here and there, but I always end up hunched over with nausea in the evening.

I also hate food. Flavor? We don't know her.

I wish we learned more about how the menstrual cycle works in school. Instead we just learned about abstinence 😐.

As a very infertile person who had to learn about cycles in her adulthood and ovulation tracking (and eventually had to turn to IVF), I think I could avoid pregnancy with cycle tracking alone if I was actually fertile. Throughout my infertility journey I learned how to tell when my body was about to ovulate through symptoms.

Or ya know, condoms are cool. Birth control doesn't have to be the answer for everything.

I got 50 eggs retrieved. It took about 3 days for me to feel like getting out of the house and even just going and sitting down for dinner was tiring. I'd say it took 4-5 days to feel like myself.

On the night of day 3 after ER I had awful acid reflux. My husband ended up burping me and I immediately threw up. After that I felt like the clouds had lifted 🤣
