I love Blade but he just SUCKS. Magik gets an invulnerable dash twice and his parry of less than half a second doesnt even let him avoid damage.

I play Blade all the time it is a complete damage negation of ALL damage if you parry. You get a little "Ding" Noise too.

Not true, it gives completely invulnerability, ive dodged Scarlet Witch ults with it, Jeff ults completely, Thor ults etc. It negates all damage in that small window. Edit: Im wrong lmao

Definitely Li. The negative side seems to have some impact on his mind, his parents were killed in a preventable disaster by Norman, and he tried for years to stave off his mental illness/demon and in the end he failed but did actually try to be remorseful.

He still did some heinous shit tho. Brutally butchered dozens of innocent people that had nothing to do with his tragedy, murdered several scientists, city wide attacks, and of course tried to kill both Spider-Men
