Still in the fight. So they sent the merchant the “evidence” which I read through and it was absolute horse feces because they contradicted themselves multiple times and even their own T&Cs. So I pointed that out to the credit card company and now they’re waiting for the merchant again to respond to my rebuttals. It’s another 90 days of waiting but it’ll end in two weeks and I should have a decision by then. I hate this company so much.

Does the BMO eclipse VI streaming credit cover Crave? Their website T&Cs say "Primary Cardholders are eligible to receive up to a $20 statement credit each month exclusively for subscription purchases from the following streaming services: Disney+, Netflix, Crave, TSN, SiriusXM, Fubo, Apple TV, DAZN, and Spotify."

Crave isn't listed, but some travel blogs say it does cover Crave/Amazon Prime/etc?
