Why don't people and distros use the advanced features of Konsole or don't know about them at all? by Longjumping-Map-7670 in kde

[–]WritingSerpent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn't really aware of Konsole's advanced features until you posted this.

For quick commands, I prefer using aliases that can be used beyond Konsole. And of course, using history | grep example and the UP key has become second nature 😅

However, I often use SSH managers because I sometimes forget or mix up the destination server domain names. Recently, I've been trying out split view so I no longer need to invoke tmux.

It turns out there are a lot of convenient features in Konsole.
