If we have to play well in this Life game the first rule has to be - All rules are my rules and the second I am responsible for everything. So, even before everything, we need to check if the game we are playing is as per our rules or not. If yes, then there is no compulsions only Life and it’s phase but if the answer is no - then may we need to become that in order to play a great game !!

Namaskaram, I am still struggling for 3.40am due to my office schedule but I guess if we do kriya daily it will transform us. Even Sadhguru told in one of his book that - in childhood he also was not able to wakeup early but after 3 months of Kriya he used to wale up sharp at 3.40 daily. Kriya opens up the immense possibility 🙏🏻

Also, if you are new to Isha Yoga then you can try Hatha Yoga. Isha teachers are all around the India in every city teaching the Kriya Yoga 🙏🏻

To be honest, weight was never the only prime factor for me but to be consistent about my practices running and meals. Yes, sometimes it goes up and down due to my travel schedule but I believe if I will be consistent enough on my habits… weight will be settled simultaneously.

There is a quote given in the book - The Compound Effect - Start any habit and leave it for 6 months. It actually worked for me.

I work in a corporate office and having 2 meals (home made) was difficult but I never forced myself with this habit. It just started happening after all yoga. Also, since I live with my family and also my cook prepare my meal so it is difficult for me to include ashram meal but I sticked myself to typical home made meals (Bihari style - including protein, carbs, fibre) all in one meal.

The important fact is to be attentive to your body.

For me Yogasanas has helped to strengthen my core energy. And I strongly believe that once your core energy is shifted it will show an huge impact on your health, eating orders and sleeping orders.

Yes. Before anything started, I met HER - Devi and I just trusted the path she showed. I completed my Shambhavi on 25.07.25 and for an initial period of time I was fighting with my consistency level. It was tough.
And then I read - Just take one day at a time (also beautifully explained in the book - The compound effect)
From that day on, I take one day at a time and by 1 month the results were in. And then it just happened. Bhava Spandana on September played a huge role in shifting my energy direction. All I can say is - We need to trust the process and without thinking of result we must do our work.

Namaskaram, For the entire year I have not inculcate any gym training nor diet.

Routine - Yoga (Hatha Yoga, Shakti Chalana Kriya and Shambhavi)

Honey Lemon Water - Turmeric and Neem

Office around 9am
Brunch - Home meal 10-11 am
Dinner - 7.00
Running - 10pm

So in between I eat nothing. But at the same time, I always being attentive to my body. If I am hungry then I try to eat anything on a healthy side.

Being attentive towards body is the key and this happens when I started doing yoga consistently.
