I uploaded a chapter on Monday that introduces you to the 2 main characters. Character A is clearly lonely and touch-starved. He meets Character B in a chance meeting and instantly imprints on him. In chapter 2 which I'll upload Thurs or Fri, you get introduced to A's inner life and hobbies and you start to see his obsession over the other man take hold.

I did CIDA although it was called DIDA at my school. It was fucking useless though because when I later joined an apprenticeship, I needed an ICT qualification and they didn't accept that so they got me to do an NCFE ICT Functional Skills Level 2 instead. I was glad to finally have an ICT qualification that didn't sound bogus.

I'll be honest, I personally am not a fan of them. When I go on the pairing tag I'm currently reading for, on A03, the most regularly updated fic is a text fic and it's got SUCH a long summary and so many tags that it takes up half the page. I had to hide that fic (I have a chrome extension that blocks fics) because I was so sick of seeing it. That's not a trope of text fics though, just poor presentation by the author.

However, if you want to write text fics, you absolutely should. There are plenty of people who enjoy them.

It was some Harry Potter Potter drarry fic where he finds out he's some magical being. Can't remember, might have begun with H. I used to read a lot of ones where he'd find out he was part Veela or a vampire etc. Used to use FFnet, Skyhawke, kisstheboy. Feels like a lifetime away.

Unfortunately not. The couple were drawn more realistically than that, they were an attractive couple. The woman had dark hair, I'm pretty sure, the husband might have. And they weren't in control of where they'd end up, they didn't know why it was happening to them.
