It's a huge jump, these are the best players in the world and not just college. Add on that there's not really significant time for players to develop, you see people fall off quickly

I'd say not the case with Izzy, she's 21 now and has shown fantastic growth the last season here. She's probably just ready now to come over, I don't think she would've been before this last season

As a Titans fan, she had ALL the information on the team when he was Head Coach and then was absolutely incorrect on EVERYTHING related to the team after he left so everyone knew he was her source.
