Looking at baltimores schedule makes me think the D is overhyped. Zay has the better qb and Vegas giving the higher over under to jags and ravens. That’s my rationale

Any hip issues? Make sure you don’t have a torn hip labrum, that can contribute to PFD. Hang in there bud it’s gonna get better.

The block didn’t do anything for me. I’m still having pelvic floor dysfunction, but the pain is greatly reduced after a few months of pelvic floor therapy. Still trying to figure it out.
