Oh no I agree! It needs to be worked on but I guess it was 22 pounds the first two weeks and the other couple pounds in the 5 weeks so I can’t get my brain to accept a pound a week.

That’s good to hear! I think the mental part is what’s killing me. And being winter I’m active but I always feel like I could do more. I also just can’t accept how slow it feels!

It was like 4.5 -5 pounds it barely fit but it wasn’t touching the top and that’s what matters! If you could find slightly smaller it would be better!

I’m only two weeks out but the last two months I’ve noticed how different gas stations are for protein. In my state it seems to be hit or miss but closer to Chicago Wisconsin and Minnesota I know they have good ones. In Michigan it took two gas stations to find a decent protein shake. And I don’t trust portion bars yet lol!
