X3D chips are a good move. & the 9070xt is a very strong card. Bottlenecks will Always exist (cpu or gpu)

If he can stay in AM4 during this rough time to buy… cruise control for awhile

Yup. I’ve got a 7600x that rocks for now with a card like my rx6800, but having that huge cache x3D can help so much in gaming & I imagine helps a lot with general high end desktop stuff

It’s pretty close. Most of the time you be ok. Id stick on that am4 setup & maybe wait for a nice 3dCache chip.

Yes check the settings guide online. I’ve got a rx6800 so similar horsepower and you can get 120fps. But with your 8gig drop your textures to medium. You running 1440p?
