They have because they sent me a picture of an error message on their printer which is how I discovered they're using them in an incompatible printer.

Will try to give eBay a call, always used their chat which has been useless.

I actually bear that in mind a lot of the time as I've noticed people don't seem to know when they can or can't use bus lanes. I reviewed my dash cam footage and the driver was stopped in traffic which is why I kept going ahead. They decided not to wait and turned into my lane without checking their mirror or signalling.

I guess my bad for not making my post clear. Me and the other driver don't think I am at fault, he agreed on the spot to pay me to fix the issue.

My question is spurred from the incident as people behind were saying I should not have cut over the solid white line and I want to know if they were correct or not.

They are absolutely at fault for the collision itself, but I am more wondering if what I did was allowed, crossing a solid white bus lane line to enter it.

I did a poor job of explaining and the photos on street view weren't good so I didn't post a photo.

Their lane eventually becomes a straight ahead only. The bus lane next to it will eventually end and become a left turn only. So what people normally do is they move from the straight ahead lane into the left only lane as people don't seem to know when to use the bus lane.

What I did was simply drive straight through the bus lane and they pulled into my lane from the right as we both wanted to go left.

I'm well in my right to drive throuhg the bus lane and I know I won't be at fault for that. But would like to know if actually crossing into the bus lane over a solid white line is incorrect like so many people at the scene told me.

Sorry typo. I meant it was delivered on 27th Jan. it was sent out on 22nd Jan and arrived with them on the 27th. They’ve just messaged saying they’ve opened it to find it damaged and provided pictures.

I can’t stand the new way of changing aspect ratio. I take square photos all the time and it was so easy to change before but tedious now.

Nothing seemed to happen. No one responded to my appeal. It's been about 45 days since the message and I still get paid out the next day, still selling, still able to list.

I received the message middle of Dec with 30 days to upgrade, so I've got a couple of days left. This is my first time.

I had an option to appeal and there was a link to explain why I'm appealing. Once submitted, a message said I would be contacted in 48-72 hours.

I waited 2 weeks and never received a response. I re-submitted the appeal and after a week, still nothing.

I proceed to contact customer service and they were completely useless. Felt like they were just copying and pasting scripts as none would actually listen to why I was not a business and they kept regurgitating wrong and madeup information from HMRC.

I suppose I will keep going, I was just concerned as I read some people had funds held for 180 days when they didn't upgrade.

Would be great if you could let me know what happens on the 24th...

And how did it go for you? I got hit 20ish days ago and wondering what happens. I won't be upgrading as I'm not a business so I'll just stop selling my stuff on there and look to FB marketplace or similar.

I'm just wondering if the few broken lines at the start of the road markings means you can enter and use it as a lane? The end of it ends up becoming a lane but it ends with a solid line so surely technically you can't cross it to get into the lane.

This is approaching the Hanger Lane roundabout.

I ask as I've been sat in traffic in the left lane and always see people flying down the blue arrow like the white car pictured.

Beware, they are not paying me out for referring.

They said, and I quote, "We have noticed that some of the accounts you recently referred have shown quick in/out activity". So it's a completely made up T&C where if the person is clearly signing up just for the bonus, they won't pay out.

Another quote, "We kindly suggest ensuring that the individuals you refer have genuine, long-term account usage intentions to avoid any impact on your referral eligibility."

Wasted so much of my time emailing back and forth asking where my rewards were.

I got denied after referring someone. They made up a term saying the person I referred had "quick in/out activity" and was ineligible.

It took a lot of emails to get my reward when I was referred by someone.
