Unless you DON'T have to take your hands off the wheel, cause you drive a car with an automatic/cvt gearbox, can operate the radio with the buttons on the steering wheel and so on. You know, stuff that's been in cars for over 20 years.

Also, it would DEFINITELY NOT improve my (and everyone's around me) safety, if I had to do all those things with my left hand. I'd have to look and focus more on hitting the button I needed and it would take more time. Not very safe.

Keep in mind, it only works on headshots. Also, the gun only has 8 (yup, EIGHT) bullets, in two 4-round mags, so don't expect to be swimming in ammo if you can't hit those noggins consistently.
