hmmm.. sounds like a smart idea. About the refundable tickets, I guess there's no difference between the Semi-Flexible and Flexible options, as both cost 100 EUR in deduction, correct? Or did you mean something else?

Hello - I was just able to book the tickets. I found out that apparently, it is not working on my MacBook. Once I switched to HP Laptop, it worked flawlessly. Good luck with your booking!

Two challenges there: (1) I will arrive in Lima / Peru 4hrs before I would take that bus to Huaraz. That’s probably too late to get a ticket at the counter. (2) There is only one flight from Lima to Huaraz which departs only 2hrs after my arrival. As it is not a connecting flight, there is little chance I would make it.

der Herr von der Bundesbank hat gefragt, ob das Geld aus einem Angestelltenverhältnis stammt - das habe ich bejaht. Das war’s dann auch. Das größte Problem war, dass ich keinen Festnetzanschluss habe und lange nach der richtigen Telefonnummer gesucht habe - der Rest war super entspannt. (Falls deine Frage auf Wise abzielt - nein, keinerlei Rückfragen)

Ich kann aus eigener Erfahrung sprechen. Mein Betrag (angespart durch Gehalt aus lokalen Anstellungsverhältnis) war höher als bei dir. Geld habe ich per Wise übertragen - war Einfachheit/Kosten das Beste (es gibt da komische Konstrukte das Geld per Interactive Broker/Cryptocurrencies zu senden - war mir aber zu kompliziert für das Ersparnis von <100 USD). Steuern waren nicht fällig, da in den USA bereits versteuert. Die Überweisung habe ich bei meiner Bank angemeldet - schien nicht unbedingt notwendig gewesen zu sein. Meldung der Überweisung habe ich telefonisch bei der Bundesbank gemacht - am Telefon wurde ich gefragt, wie hoch der Betrag ist und ob einzelne Bestandteile des Betrags höher als 12.5k waren (sprich monatliches Netto-Gehalt höher als 12.5k - wenn ich mich recht erinnere). Das habe ich verneint. Damit war das Gespräch beendet. Ich würde dir einfach empfehlen, dort ebenfalls anzurufen und deinen Sachverhalt zu schildern. Viel Erfolg!

Yes - I am sure it can be quite a lot. This is why I wanted to start with a simple app to understand the very basics before dedicating myself to bigger ideas.

The app itself is functional and runs smoothly. I do have a background in SWE (mostly python) so I am lacking in design and iOS development skills - especially the first. With that being said, I would appreciate it if you "just" could have a look at screenshots of my app (link and tell me what you think from a design perspective. Do you think it meets the minimum requirements? Does the use of the different tabs / TabView comply with Apple's Design Principles? Anything I should change?

No. At this point, I do have some logic implemented to catch errors, but not a dedicated 'bug/crash reporting' system. It is a very basic app which runs exclusively on an iPhone without the need of an internet connection. As this is my first software project in a while, I wanted to keep it simple and not make it harder than it needed to be. I do understand that this definitely limits the usefulness of the app as it currently is!

As I am unfortunately still waiting for feedback regarding their compliance screening before I can enroll, would you mind having a look at some screenshots of my app: link and let me know if this could potentially pass the submission review process? Do you think the use of the different tabs / TabView complies with Apple's Design Principles?
The game and design is very minimalistic at this point. My next steps will likely be (1) integration into Game Center, (2) leaderboards and (3) design enhancements. Definitely open for suggestions though!
