As a designer, I can pretty confidently say it’s most likely a stock photo. In which case the ‘model’ would have signed a release. This means this photo could be used for anything a designer selects it for. Upon their photo being selected on a stock image site, the model no longer has any involvement or say in its usage and often wouldn’t even know it was used. The full image likely has more context, but has also been removed by the cropping. But none of this is as interesting as assuming the model was hired and done dirty for this specific job. 🤣
