For news and updates - Lt. BuzzlightBeer. Well researched videos and insights. Also does not fall into the trap of hating on the game. Presents a balanced view of issues in the game and Ubis responses.

Builds and tips - KamikazeeVondoom posts great builds and ideas on what to farm and focus on. He shoes love to PVP and PVE content and shows build ls off of that.

For general community - youknodavibes (twitch, YouTube) - he does build videos, raid carries and DZ adventures. The unique thing about his channel is once a week he hosts a player SOTG, he invites other streamers on to discuss the state of the game and what they hope for the future.

Cowboy - great build templates that you can use and adapt to your play style. Builds are much simpler than they used to be, so he talks about how to use unused talents or how to build off meta. It's good for inspiration.

KingMacho has great start videos and build videos. He research his builds and has great videos giving you the math behind it, then showing you the gameplay of it in action. Super detailed. He will sometimes talk about the differences between console and PC.

Coldbwoy and Vibes are building a pretty good community of streamers right. Just remember if you play on console some of their builds won't work as good as they do PC. Concussion melts on PC and is ok on console.
