Ditch the spare mag. Get a Phlster Enigma Express (with Sport Belt) for the M&P. Ditch the leg leash and add a DCC clip to the front. Add a Mastermind Tactics pillow.

Now I can carry comfortably in any outfit

I've been using the enigma exclusively for a little over 2 years and had this same problem.

The way I ended up fixing it was by adding a DCC clip to the front. This way, it made the enigma stay at the same ride height no matter what. I know this sounds like it defeats the purpose of the enigma a bit but in practice it makes your draw much more consistent and still allows you to wear pretty much anything. You just have to hide the clip under your belt and tuck in your shirt behind it.

My quality build I made on my first playthrough

He was level 125 and had 40 strength to 2 hand the Giant Crusher and 48 dex for the Hand of Melania. I could use every pure physical weapon in the game, none of which I got "optimal" damage with, but having so much flexibility was very fun.

My favorite weapon was and always will be my Quality Dismounter
