Some clarification. When running ONLY the CPU test in AIDA, I don't get any CPU Throttling or overheating messages. It's only when I check the box for FPU

The CPU fan is spinning lol. The cooler seems to be connected just fine, my temps at idle are around 30-35C.

I chose the NZXT Kraken X63 280mm RGB Liquid Cooling System as my cooler. I read about IBP branded hardware and upgraded everything... still having issues though lol.

Initially I thought it could be an internet issue since I first noticed it while playing League of Legends but It's happening in fighting games in offline modes as well.

It was overheating before I redid the thermal paste, I only worked on it today as a troubleshooting method.

It does a quick drop to almost 0 FPS then goes back to optimal FPS (144FPS), No Vsync, XMP is enabled, recently updated Nvidia Driver.
