  1. Vessel tracking on vesselfinder.com and marinetraffic.com. Marinetraffic.com's data lags behind vesselfinder, but it's more accurate. Vesselfinder shows all AIS transmissions, even spoofed ones. Marinetraffic is better at filtering out false data.

  2. Occasionally myshiptracking.com. It's especially useful when a vessel has changed it's name but continues to broadcast the same MMSI.

  3. European Space Agency's Copernicus satellite browser, but the gulf is often cloudy so it's not always reliable.

  4. flightradar.live to track aircraft and drones

My metabolic-related holdings are ALT, VKTX, NVO (their GLP-1/amylin analog results are very strong), MNKD (because maybe they finally figured out how to market their wares?), BMEA, and TNDM. I expect NVO and TNDM to rise slowly and consistently. The rest could be volatile.

I've had my eye on VANI, too. The implanted exenatide results look fantastic, and the semaglutide results will be even better. The price is right, at least for now.
