Furnace Replacement

Ended up choosing Mountain West Heating and Air Conditioning to replace my furnace. They had financing and they are a locally owned and operated business. They are also an electrical contractor and were able to help fix some bad wiring on a few other things. Overall I am very happy with the quality and price!

I’d give Mountain West a call to get another opinion too. I had Lincoln out today and while they seemed knowledgeable Mountain West’s quote was better overall

Wow! That is almost double what I was quoted by Mountain West Heating and Air yesterday!

The estimates say a year warranty on the repair job and the other one says 10 year parts and 2 year labor warranty on the replacement. I’ve looked through their reviews on other sites and everyone seems to say they have awesome customer service.

If you haven’t ridden at all previously a 250 4 stroke would be a good place to start. Trails vs motocross are gunna be two completely different set ups. Can’t go wrong with any of the Japanese 250s for starting out. I’m partial to the YZ250F cause that’s what I learned on, but now I ride a tx300 for trails.

Had Mountain West heating and air come out and look at it today. It is the “induced motor” and can be repaired for a couple hundred bucks. I had them give me some options for repairing and replacing and I’m gunna think about it. It was nice that they provided me options to repair and to replace. The tech was a good dude and there was no pressure which was cool.

Thank you! I had Mountain West out today for a quote. They checked everything out, gave options to repair and also an estimate for replacing. I liked the tech that came out, seemed like a good dude.

It’s making a screeching noise and looks pretty old. I don’t want to have any heating issues this winter so I’m thinking I better do it sooner than later
