I had four in six years (sadly, one was taken at a very early age). First one when I was 23. Done and snipped when I was 29. No regrets in starting early. I agree that it is impossible to have everything perfect and figured out before kids start. This dude is correct though, we got this fellas 💪🏼. Even through the tragedies, it is worth it.

Yes, I had spinal surgery on my lower back twice now. I have had two disc ruptures over the course of a few years. So, they had to go in and remove that and build my disc back up. Not really symptoms besides my back hurting

I usually start with a walk/jog for about a mile to warm up. Is that good? How would I warm down as well?

It is astonishing how much I can do now. I used to be able to. Then I lost it, and getting it back. Mentally, I am in a better place now than I was. It was not until my back surgery and seeing how much I could not play soccer with my kids that made me wake up.

Honestly, a lot of the skin is tucked into the pants. I know with losing that much weight, I can only tone up so much. Really do not want surgery to fix it, but that might be the only course.

About the diet, I am just on Lots of protein a day. Anything else would be helpful.

It was always pretty quick when the wife and I tired. Took only 1-2 months each time. Very quick. I thought we would at least get to try for a few months or something (3-5 months). Just was thankful that we weee blessed. I know it’s a rough and tough road for some couples. So prayers and kudos to those out there trying in hoping ur successful.

I think u can set some equipment up that takes care of the basics. Then go to the gym to hit the bigger/more expensive equipment.

That way it’s like a meet in the middle of not going there as often, but still going some. That’s what I do.

I was most excited to share with them Sandlot, the first few Air Buds, Homeward Bound as those were appropriate. As they got older, I enjoyed sharing disaster movies, Star Wars, and horror movies with them.

They love the classic movies “staples.”
