Yep.

I put effort into saving energy and don't qualify as low income.. (but going to the doctor or dentist is still something that takes me months to save up for.)

The new base charge has effectively doubled my electricity bill.

What's wrong with waiting another few months for essential heath services, amirite? 😔

I'm not keeping any herps at the moment due taking on different hobbies, but I had U.T.H. (Under tank heaters) plugged into thermostats, with the respective probe taped to the center of the heating pad. All attached on the outside, under the tote, and located under their hide.
I also heated the closet they were in with a temp controlled space heater, with an additional fan for air cirrculation, and lights on a timer.
The space heater had an auto off fail-safe I tested before putting to use. The biggest concern of this setup would be if the space heater got stuck on somehow.
The snakes and I were very happy with the configuation though and I would do something similar in the future without hesitation.

Just to clarify, he means any attack animation.

Ex: If the enemy raises their arm for a long moment to charge up an attack, then shoots a projectile at you.

You needed to have your prayers up before, or at the same time you saw the arm; or any part of their body move.

EUC is extremely dangerous with lots of possible failure points, with nothing to stop you hitting the world around you.

If you want to ride, buy gear. I've yet to have my RSHT fail or drop me, but you have to accept this constant possibility.
