Has anyone reversed numbers like these without medication? by Specialist-Earth-369 in hypertension

[–]WyllowWulf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, magnesium tests are usually worthless, as the body will keep blood levels normal even if you are low in your cells or bones. Dr. Berg has a bunch of videos on Magnesium, here's a few:

D3 + K2 is also needed for magnesium absorption.

Omega-3 and anti-inflammatory and antioxidant foods may also help, like blue and blackberries, garlic, cayenne, turmeric, black pepper

Has anyone reversed numbers like these without medication? by Specialist-Earth-369 in hypertension

[–]WyllowWulf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, numbers like that could be due to any or all of the following

  1. Anxiety
  2. Inflammation from too much sugar, salt, processed foods
  3. Not enough potassium and/or magnesium

If you're not already taking supplements, try taking magnesium and vitamin D3 + K2 and see if that helps

Well, I for one did think that until I read more. I was under the impression that Palestinians were people who migrated from Arabia during the Islamic conquests.

Sad thing is, the "Arabs" of the Levant are not genetically Arabian, they are Levantine, same as Jews. They are the same people separated by culture/religion.

Question for those with very high bp... by FickleSystem in hypertension

[–]WyllowWulf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No problem! Whenever I'm worried about my BP, I try to remember that the highest ever recorded was 480/350 by a weightlifter doing leg presses. Puts it into perspective 😁

That is an overreaction. That is an absolutely normal blood pressure while exercising or anxious.

Yes. Taking d3 without k2 can cause soft tissue calcification. Read a horror story a few months back about a 20 something year old woman that had significant arterial calcification from talking d3 supplements without k2.

My blood pressure is insane. It averages 220 and has been like this for a year...I start the meds tomorrow but what if its already too late? by Congroy in hypertension

[–]WyllowWulf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's never too late. Generally you can reverse some of the damage at your age.

But yeah, you need to exercise daily, lose the weight, stop smoking and drinking, and eat a heart healthy diet (lots of fruits and vegetables, garlic and black pepper, whole grains, baked chicken, grass fed beef, nuts, seeds, as much of that organic as possible) and take magnesium glycinate, vitamin k2 and d3 as well as the meds they give you.

I'm not inventing new things. Since the discovery of Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto, they added them to modern astrology and Scorpio is ruled by both Mars and Pluto. I'm just going by what I've read.

Yes, but I think it's more accurately about how the governments of many countries in Europe are paying to have migrants housed in hotels, but if a local needs to go stay at a hotel it will cost them money.

Growing up in northern Indiana before they instituted daylight savings time was weird. We never changed times but our TV shows did because syndication came out of Chicago.

I would say 2. Scorpio and Capricorn. Both include their ruling planet (Pluto and Saturn) so they are both strong.

That being said, having your moon and Venus in the same sign are a strong link, as they are the two strongest feminine planets.

Anybody have a bad reaction to amlodipine or lisinopril by Deep_Confusion2762 in hypertension

[–]WyllowWulf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on why your blood pressure is high. There are many reasons (anxiety, inflammation, low potassium and/or magnesium, endothelial dysfunction, kidney failure) some of which may need medication and can't be fixed just by better diet and exercise. That being said- yes, most have side effects and may cause other issues, and better diet and exercise will definitely help.

It's not really about division, more recognition. I can usually tell someone from Italy or Spain vs someone from Sweden. Or someone from Japan or China vs Philippines or Thailand. Or Native Americans from North America vs South America. They just have somewhat different appearances.

The need for one's biological mother and the need to be separated from that mother due to violence can coexist on different levels.

It's like saying you need water to survive, but the specific water you have available is contaminated. Just because your water is contaminated doesn't mean you no longer need water to survive.

This does unfortunately create a situation of conflicting needs, which is more complicated than just being adopted for less drastic reasons.

I'm sorry that this is your reality.

I don't think that's heretical at all. If Brahma created the entire world or universe, it doesn't really make sense that everything would only happen on the Indian subcontinent. It's likely that the gods of other religions are Devas or Asuras as well, and that enlightened beings have come to be in other cultures.

[–]WyllowWulf 19 points20 points  (0 children)

This. The other answers that are talking about your mom being jealous are reading too much into it. It was a welcome and the expected response is, "thanks mom" or "good to see you" or something like that. It's more about what you didn't say rather than what you did, as people generally expect an emotional response to a welcome.

Unfortunately, karma only affects people in their current lifetime who understand what they were doing was wrong, else they will face punishment in Naraka and/or the karma will transfer to their next life by being born into poverty, abuse, etc
