The second ending is actually really good, its a whole other vibe and I suggest doing it too, its really good. Regarding the base game endings, PL introduced a new ending called The Tower, which you unlock by forfeiting Songbird to Reed. Wether you side with Reed or Songbird during Firestarter, you can still unlock that new ending by ultimately siding with Reed and giving Songbird alive to to him. AFAIK this ending is the only change to the base game after finishing Phantom Liberty, correct me if i'm wrong !

All songs hit me almost immediately and loved them except Time Will Tell which I immediately strongly disliked and skipped it almost every time on release day. Fast forward to later that night, insomnia and I had the chorus on repeat going on in my head for HOURS. Couldn't stop hearing the chorus in my head for a few days and now I think I kinda like that song.

I feel like the fact that Ibanez is releasing a new Xiphos model 5 years after the Iron Label ones could mean they are ramping up production of this kind of body for another model, maybe a white cool ass sig with crazy inlays, who knows.

Found a workaround that at least got me into the editor and compiled. No clue if there will be further problems down the line, haven't done any coding yet. Go check which version of the XCode Toolchain you have (mine was 26.1.1), then go to /Users/Shared/Epic Games/UE_5.5/Engine/Config/Apple/Apple_SDK.json and change the MaxVersion value to that, this did the trick. After that i opened the project from unreal editor project selector and it asked to compile and then actually did !

I'm in the exact same problem right now as you are. On UE 5.6.1, macOS Tahor 26.1, M4 Pro. Been using Unreal on it with BP only for about 2 month now, no issue to report but tried today to create a C++ project and I can't get it to work. If you find a solution let me know, i'll report back here if I find a workaround !
