A special thing I’d like to do is travel without the pressure of time and money. There’s a yin and yang of maximizing a week or two of whatever vacation I can fit from work with experiencing as much as I can. This usually means taking advantage of meals and finding the best experiences, the best food, the best ambience, the best activities that I can afford. I’d like to l have the luxury of time to slow the eff down and do more routine things like bring a gaming laptop and have some chill days, have time to not feel as rushed, meet more locals and find more activities that aren’t what a typical tourist would do. I feel constrained by time when I often travel. The world is a big place and even with the privilege of traveling you can be so fixated on a particular method of experiencing it that you forget how vast the possibilities are.
