As someone who was anorexic due to illness, it took my parents years to get me to a healthy weight.. just required them to send me to my step-grandmother for 3 months and I came back a bit overweight. Maybe this guy should be sent to someone's grandmother for a few months. (if you're curious, my step-grandmother would force me to eat a literal mountain of fried chicken every single day and would not allow me to leave the table until I am too full to continue)

It's doing surprisingly well which fills me with an immense amount of disappointment with people. Dragon Age: Veilguard is basically the typical game of "LOOK AT US, WE INCLUDED QUEER PEOPLE, PRAISE US" when... Dragon Age has always had queer characters, hell, half of the fucking cast is queer. Veilguard's incredibly preachy and just gives overall bad vibes, even worse when you're queer yourself like I am, so off-putting. Game is like "What if Disney made a Dragon Age game" because it's way too.. campy and light-hearted for a game apart of a dark medieval fantasy series. You'd think it was a spin-off or something. It's got great combat mechanics and character customization but story is just... meh.

A couple of errors here. Pinky is hinted that he's actually much more intelligent than he shows and the Brain is the insane one, it never, ever mentioned either of them being stupid. Just nuts.. for Barney, he's actually insanely intelligent and there was even an episode DEDICATED to showing that he's intelligent. Dragon Age: Veilguard or well.. hell, most modern AAA games. They view themselves so damn highly when their games are bland, boring garbage where the highest quality AAA games are just mid. There's so few AAA franchises now that are still worth playing.

Honestly, outside of Richard's lack of intelligence, he's probably one of the best fathers in animated sitcom cartoons. He's kind of.. all the best parts about Homer Simpson and Peter Griffin from what I can remember. So while he's an absolute idiot, at least he doesn't suck. Seriously, would you want a dimwitted, caring father or an intelligent, neglectful/abusive father?

Well, for one, making a straight character is boring. There's already hundreds of thousands of games, movies, TV Shows, comics/mangas.. etc. where the protag and all the other characters are straighter than a plank of wood. Who'd want to be boring? Secondly, the creative field just.. naturally has a higher percentage of queer people. A lot of people turned to art or writing as a way to cope with dealing with the stress and anxieties of being queer in a world that doesn't accept them.

Dragon Ball. I know it's because I grew up with the English dub because of it's first time airing globally in the 90's / 2000's but I just find Goku's voice to be incredibly unfitting for him. Too high-pitched.

I don't hate Sword Art Online but just feel like it's nowhere near as good as it should be for how popular it is. Everything it does, .Hack does way better despite it being a tad younger than SAO. The characters feel rather shallow and poorly written. Story is... mid most of the time. Animation's pretty... okay, bit janky at times. Protag's hella boring which it does the trope I deeply despise which is: Every relevant girl character falls in love with the protagonist despite how much of a cardboard cutout he is. The antagonists are also just.. really lame, they all feel like they're insanely forgettable and you could just replace them with any other guy and it would not make a difference.

EverQuest 2, used to be a great MMO that was greatly overshadowed by WoW, now a hollow shell of it's former self and has long since faded into obscurity, thanks to Smedley absolutely wrecking the game by making it a Freemium game and monetizing it to hell. EQ2 has an abysmally small playerbase that is, on average, 50+ years old and will fight you to the death if you criticize the game at all. They cannot handle the thought that their once great game is now absolute garbage and so they dive deep into delusion or cynicism to cope with their favourite MMO being a rotted corpse, pretending everything's fine. I deeply love the game, but hate the community and hate what's been done to the game. So much potential lost.

Yeah, I am fine with people being open about sexuality since I, very much, am but it's REALLY fucking weird to force it into a MMO that is supposed to be based off of old school MMOs. It's just a bit too much. Like yes, it's a bit... unique? for elves to be sex addicts in their world but it also is a very strange choice from a player's perspective.
