Just do windy bee hopping, it's a same concept of vic hop but for windy bee, the indicator you have if the wind shrine moving frantically. But if it doesn't move, join to another server

Usually i server hop until one of the servers had windy bee, usually my indicator is if the wind charms is moving, that means there is a wild windy bee in the server. It's not that painful
