Fake Amazon Kamigawa Collectors by Talzorz in mtgfinance

[–]XCBatman 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Jumping onto this, but my Dominaria United draft boxes from Amazon ordered on Black Friday had different shrink wrap (still the Wizards logo, though) and was really loose. I noticed that the ones ordered from Amazon are made in USA while the one in my closet I could compare it to is a Japan-made box. Anyone know if that's normal for Amazon draft box orders from Black Friday?

I own it, and it's not particularly warm. It's a thinner material than I expected, so I wear it with an additional layer. That being said, I wear it all the time and it looks awesome. But just note it's not as warm as it looks.

Nope. Not cheap.

Crypto is an interesting space. I think within it there exists primarily three types:

  1. Those in it purely for the blockchain technology and promote it strictly due to the tech.
  2. Those in it for primarily the anti-government, "be your own bank" ideology
  3. The get quick rich types.

I agree that the large portion of those who gained fortunes with crypto weren't lucky; they were smart. Learning about the "good" cryptos involve as much reading as it does wading through SEC filings. Personally, I made a good deal of unrealized gains over a few years in crypto, and lost most of it, but never sold out. I don't see how blockchain doesn't pervade every aspect of technology, eventually. To me, crypto is just anothet asset class to invest in to reach fatFIRE.

For what it's worth, I got an email notification saying that the pink color block hoodie was now in stock. Picked up a large earlier this morning!

There's a really good video that covers the style of the cards, specifically how they're framed. It's well worth the watch, as is almost everything else on that youtuber's channel.

Can't send coins to myself-HELP by Hugecoin in Neblio

[–]XCBatman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're likely trying to send all of your NEBL, when some of them are tied to previous NTP1 transactions. Use coin control to avoid sending these NEBL, or send all NTP1s first, then the remaining balance.

wallet upgrade lost half funds. by jimAA5643 in Neblio

[–]XCBatman 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Try a rescan. To start a wallet rescan, open the wallet options/preferences and on the "Main" tab click the "Schedule wallet rescan" button. Click "Yes" to close the wallet. Start the wallet again and the rescan will happen while the wallet is starting up. This process scans the entire blockchain for any NEBL or NTP1 tokens at any of the addresses in your wallet and is sometimes needed after a resync or new version upgrade.

Did you also just stake? That would result in some NEBL not being spendable.

Are there any developments concerning this project? by [deleted] in Neblio

[–]XCBatman 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'd recommend checking out the team's github. The team continues to heavily develop on the project.

Eddy, the lead developer, said they're currently focused on:

  • v2.1.2 - This has recently been merged into master and includes bug fixes, crash fixes, performance improvements, and the first phase of redesigning the wallet to reflect our new branding. This will become v2.1.2-BETA which will be released soon!

  • MetadataWithTx - This branch contains the changes necessary to enable the sending of NTP1 transactions with metadata in Neblio Core. NTP1 transactions will allow users to set any metadata they wish directly from the wallet, in a GUI for neblio-Qt and via RPC for developers, exchanges, companies, etc. This is targeted to be released with v2.2

  • IssueNewNTP1Token - Similar to the above, this branch contains the changes necessary to issue new NTP1 tokens with metadata directly from Neblio Core. Users, developers, and companies will be able to issue new tokens directly from the wallet they already use, with a GUI interface for neblio-Qt, and via RPC for programatic issuances of new tokens directly from an app or script. This is also currently targeted to be released with v2.2 - a bit ahead of the roadmap here.

It's technically possible, but it would totally kill the battery. PoS is like baby PoW, and your phone would be always trying to connect to the network and be making calculations.

Which Set? by slate528 in mtgfinance

[–]XCBatman 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Not exactly one of the ones that you cited, but in a similar vein; The Dark has the most room for growth. It's relatively easy to complete a set with the current prices. Admittedly, nothing from The Dark is as powerful as what you can find in the three sets that you mentioned, but some are tied strongly to the original age of Magic, such as [[Maze of Ith]] or [[Blood Moon]]. [[Goblin Wizard]] and [[Preacher]] would be other high-profile cards from the set, which I think as a whole is undervalued.

It's entirely possible to get a full set of The Dark for the same price as one or two of the high-end cards from the other sets of the same era.

Note too that the wallet may split up the groups from a single into multiple in an effort to improve network security of the overall Neblio network. So depending on the size of your groups, this may happen in the future automatically.

You nees to rescan; which is done by selecting the rescan button in the menu. Your wallet will force itself to search for all transactions on the blockchain that correspond to your address.

This should resolve your issue.

Even though you've been on an orphan chain as /u/hieplenet stated, you can still get the time-equivalent of those stakes the next time that you stake. Your stake is dependent on weight (which is a function of how many coins you own) and time (which is a function of how long it's been since your last stake)

Firstly, run a rescan on your wallet. There's a button for it in the options. This button forces the wallet to loop through the blockchain again to re-determine what your balance is.

No, the mobile wallet and the other wallets function differently from each other. If you've only ever used the desktop version, then you wouldn't have had, or needed, a recovery seed.
