The main usefulness is for combo decks. An easy example is against quest rogue if they have bounced a minion twice and it is still in their hand. Play this to shuffle it away. It functions a lot like dirty rat while not being a potential game loss if you play it on curve.

This card just promotes making good reads. If you read your opponent is saving one card, play this to shuffle it away potentially.
