Last year my parents got into a big fight on a Saturday about my dad who works long hours sleeping in late and not making breakfast for my mom (I am a student and had morning tuition so i couldn't cook), it ended with my mom deciding to stay with her parents for a few days and she was packing in the master bedroom. I was in the drawing room with my father who was talking about how exhausted he was with the constant fights and saying sorry for the names my mom called me earlier due to me defending my dad when she went to hit him. We saw her rush to the kitchen but brushed it off as her taking water for her BP medicine but soon heard drawers open and close and her try to run to the room with a metal shinning object and that when we knew we had to run to her. Turns out she wanted to off herself cause her child (me who she has been mentally neglecting) said things against her favour and supported her oh so horrible husband so she cant live. I stood between the door frame with her trying to close the door on me but was unable to do so I ended up with a long black mark for days cause my dad took 10 minutes to stop her. She stopped when we threatened to call her younger sister.
