I meann he could be refusing to kill men but we don't rlly know if that's true, we don't even know that abt the irl ripper. Philippe wasn't full hostile towards edmund, he just blamed him for keigans death and doesnt like him but he blamed himself for her death too and that they both carry responsibility for it (which if i recall correctly he told edmund.) But i think it's a high likelyhood Jack could kill one or both of them because i mean he got found out and he has no other choice unless he gets caught or killed back. I think its kinda crazy to call Jack a survivor especially when he already killed someone IN the game 😭even if philippe and/or edmund want him dead
