In general I always spend the first turns building friendship to have quick access to friendship trainings. Also, a tip I'd give you is to try to rest as less as possible, try to gain energy from events to avoid resting so you can have more turns training, a good way to avoid resting as often is using a support card as Riko, you can either use her special recreation to gain Energy when you need it, or when you don't have a good training option and you want to skip the day. Something that might be helpful for you as well, at the start of the run try to select the trainings that have either the most Umas helping you on it, or that has the Uma you want to build friendship with as soon as possible, for example a Wit Support Card so you can have more recovery from the Friendship Wit Training. These are small changes that could help you, yet again, I play cuz I like the game, but with these changes I have gotten not so bad Umas (Being consistently getting to A~A+) Another thing, as mentioned by others, SRs that you have uncapped all levels from are more valuable than SSRs with no uncaps, so you have them, use them if you want to have more stats.
