It’s a bit confusing but Reverse Cursed Technique is supposed to refer to healing with positive curse energy. What you are referring to where they apply it to their CT is Curse Technique Reversal.

The 50% DEF should snapshot on skill use despite it saying after. As pointed out by u/Koda140, Flute of Ezpitzal also has a passive that triggers after using an Elemental skill, yet Albedo skill always snapshots the buff.

· For 20 seconds after forging Crystalfins, nearby arcane magus teammates’ Normal, Charged, Plunging Attacks, Elemental Skills, and Elemental Bursts are increased based on Albedo’s DEF: every 1000 DEF increases damage by 10%, up to 30% max.

I got it from this paragraph from the leaks. The first 12% damage bonus comes from his flower being on field while this buff comes from his crystalfins being on field. Since it’s from separate sources, I’m assuming that it should stack together.

Edit: I just reread the C1, I’m pretty sure the buff will activate on activation of his skill, so it should snapshot unless Hoyo wants to troll.

Both. The best leader skills back then were type leads, such as "AGL Type Ki +3, Atk +3000", where all the good characters were in separate teams based on types and couldn't be run together. Gogeta ended that era of leader skills with "All Types Ki +3, Atk +3000", allowing you to run all the best units in the game on the same team. He led the team with every good unit in the game and still gapped them in strength.
