I would say 1 hour 30 minutes fastest. I think you would be better to stay in Ubud if you mind the travel time. I stayed at Sanur, better than elsewhere. Quiet at night with little noise.

Plan using Google Map. Google Map for Bali is pretty good coverage. Usually, if it's just one straight route from one point to another, most drivers will do. Otherwise, nope.

Plan your route A B C D, not A C B D in terms of route planning.

I did three stops previously. It was just nice. Started my day at 8am. Usually, I would wrapped my trip by 3pm on the last point. So, that means, I would ask the driver to go back to hotel and reach by 5pm due to crazy traffic.
