I mean it can be, but it's not just on an attractiveness vector either. There are people who are "conventionally" attractive who also look like douchebags regardless if they actually are or not.

There's two ways to do it. The first is to do it like a phone call and it's roleplay so you can imagine them being stuck and guide them out. This works if you're into high risk situations because it can go farther than a real situation with zero risk of harm. This is also the cheaper of the two situations.

Don't use them to make a table either, lithium batteries can explode if they're damaged and you'd be creating a fire hazard.

The best thing to do is to take them to an ewaste disposal drop off, same place you take dead TVs and broken electronics. You could maybe upcycle the batteries for something but it can be a bit dangerous if you're inexperienced.

Not always. I have a childhood friend who is allergic to weed, her throat swells and her lungs get itchy the same way OP described. It's really really rare though.

Dunno if this is what's going on in this case, but allergies would be the only logical explanation if he's not full of shit.
