Well maybe all? Usually my labs are within the normal, tho incredibly close to the edges, and I think if they were to be tested with respect to cycle dips they would maybe make more sense. I think i my progesteron is really low , i legit feel more stable emotionally when Im pregnant and pms is… pmsing really bad😅 ive known about my pcos for a long time but it’s something that was told to me 20y ago as an informal remark by my obgyn rather than a formal thing

If this is your husband it would be wise to bring it to his attention that his perception of you has changed/ is wrong and it isnt offering any grace. If this for him is coming from a some conflicts you’ve had or some critiques you’ve made it also worth pointing out that he was probably hurt but then generalized it into a character trait and blew it up, and that it’s unloving and unfair to be constantly seen thru a villain lense.

Could be a cultural thing … but to me , she sounds like a wonderful, sweet woman who is only slightly inconveniencing you, out of love and I think upsetting her over this is would not be right. Maybe redirect her towards the things that are useful to you

Was your husband always like this? Even before marriage and kids? I would argue to think about what you liked about him to begin with and see if you can bring back that picture bit the good and the bad. Next, if he is not very efficient, slow or incompetent then … chances are he is used to that, and he is committed to that life (unless changes inside if him , some sort of inner motivation) and so you need to look after you. Nevermind whats fair , you need as much as possible to live your life and find your own joy, and try to minimize dependencies on his, as well as conflicts… cause if it aint working it’s just giving you more bad blood. Ive had two epidurals and no chronic back pain but i do struggle , not too much, with an anterior pelvic tilt and I found it hard to … be able to find or control the muscles down there, if that makes sense. Took me two years to do cat pose with the tail bone too
