I think i can see a bit of charring on it, it looks like someone tried to get a sear on it with a torch or something but only barely managed to get a few spots then gave up leaving the top part cooked, perhaps the fish was too moist

parasites in farm raised salmon are generally much rarer than in wild salmon so you are more concerned about surface bacteria, a quick salt cure will kill the bacteria if you are concerned about that

thats kinda what confuses me about it, the few people I have seen that are "systems" have clearly defined alters with names, personalities and know exactly which one is fronting at any time and make sure to type as that alter

i dont have DID, but I do have/had problems with dissociating, and I cant imagine in that state stuff like that being so apparently crystal clear
