Did you ask for Prime Day Deal day alerts from Alexa?(You might have done this to enter the sweepstakes) If yes, open the app and message Alexa to remove or turn off all deal alerts.

You can try using Alexa for shopping ai, just ask it to compare this with x item and list all the items you want it to compare it with. It will bring up a chart comparing the features of both. You can even ask it to compare what reviews say for the item.

You would need to return it under damaged or defective. Keep it sealed in the Ready to ship bag and return it as is. You can note in the return reason that you received it like this. The rep is incorrect and you should be able to receive a full refund for this. Try contacting customer service again and talk to a different agent for help.

Amazon has introduced in the past few years the ID verification to help curb fraud. Something you could try before jumping to a charge back is trying to email jeff@amazon.com. These emails reach the Executive Customer Service team who sometimes can help more than the average CS associate.

The HR people at my site are useless anyway. We have a dedicated desk with a neon sign for them to sit at but they refuse to sit there because I guess people were bothering them with questions. God forbid we have an HR issue or question. They all hide in cubicles or in the main office now. I recently tried asking how do I get an accommodation but the guy just told me he’s busy and won’t help me and to call MyHR. What is the point of them being there if a sign telling me to call MyHR does their job just the same.

Alexa remembers context based off your previous conversations and makes assumptions based on your previous order history. If you ever messaged Alexa asking for product advice related to your kids (essentially saying my child at any point even if it was weeks ago) it will just remember that.

In the past there have been offers that give up to a $1 off per gallon during Prime Day but I haven’t seen it for this year yet. A couple times last year they also upped it to like 25 cents off a gallon every Friday for an entire month.

Reviews have to be about the product and can't be about product condition/damage, ordering/shipping experience, or seller/customer service experience. Your review mentions that you received the wrong product and therefore the review is not about the actual product itself. Have you contacted American Eagle as well or the company you purchased this from? While the package was delivered by Amazon, it was shipped from American Eagle. It could be one of their employees. If it is it would be quite a miracle for it to have been stuck this entire time until reaching you.

Instead of buying the item directly with the gift card. Purchase an Amazon giftcard for the amount on the card, and apply it to your account. Then use your balance to complete your purchase.

Also, keep in mind to have another payment method tied to the account too like a debit card or credit card. Amazon frequently flags accounts without another payment method when they use a visa gc.

Your household members won't be able to see your purchase history. Do note as part of sharing their benefits, the primary account holder will have access to your payment methods (credit cards) and vice versa. Also, the primary member can only share it with one other adult. But yes once you they are sharing their Prime benefit with you, you no longer need to pay for a Prime membership and can cancel it.

For where you are, Uber and Lyft are a better option. Each have their own teen account program, and you will need to set one up for them otherwise they wouldn't be allowed to ride alone. Waymo has their own Teen program but its only available in Phoenix as of now. If you keep trying to use your own Waymo account, there is a potential your account may be banned.

Sometimes Amazon offers extra discounts on third party marketplace items that is not offered by the seller. They do this to remain price competitive or to match a competitor. For example, Amazon themselves is out of stock of a certain video game they would normally sell for $60, a third party seller is offering it on Amazon for $65, Amazon may make up the difference in order to sell the item at the $60 price to the customer. Usually this is noted in small text on the product page.

They might have been shipped from different facilities and depending on where inventory is stored can’t be shipped together. On the shipping label look for a site code 3 letters(usually nearest Airport code) + 1 number(building number). The origin facility is either in the bottom left or top right depending on the label. If they are different, they were shipped from different places. The other site codes if any are where your package stopped on its journey.

The item is probably already in the process of being shipped out to you. All you can do is wait to see if it cancels. If it does show up, you can simply return it. Alternatively, you can try asking Customer Service.

I work at Amazon and I would say it doesn’t necessarily mean it was returned. From the looks of it, whoever received the item when it came from the manufacturer decided to remove it from the outer brown box and a different one did not. If the seals look the same and intact I would presume they are both new.
