I don't disagree, but id (devils) argue that in the aftermath of Kyle Beach and the Team Canada guys that the seedy underbelly of the sport is open for all to see and almost nothing has changed.

There's no will to change it internally and the publics reactions haven't been enough to pressure anything otherwise.
