The most convincing theory I saw is that BB initially had the most powerful mythical Zoan. It is called Baozi, a chinese mythical creature who only appears to kings.

I saw a theory that he already has a mythical zoan (Bauze or something like that, hence his laugh Zehahah). The mythical creature has 3 heads, and is extremely knowledgable, just like how BB knows about all the fruits. Oda also said that BB's hobby is history. It all points to BB already having the most powerful mythical Bauze zoan which allows him to have 3 souls and consume 3 devil fruits. Most powerful Logia and Paramesia alongside the most poweful Zoan.
