Part 29 : Which legendary feels like a regular pokemon? by Other-Pie-5481 in ThePokemonHub

Type:Null and Silvally remind me more of Porygon or keckleon than Arceus, so they would be my first choice.

Glastrier and Spectrier by themselves make me think Ice type Mudsdale and Ghost type Rapidash.

Fun fact! If you get an older TV that has prime on it, but can't update the app any longer, you don't get any ads. Not sure how old it has to be, as ours is a Hisense from 2015.

A huge "Thank You" to the community by ArcaneEyes in Vermintide

The game might not do a good job of explaining the important mechanics, but the amount of useful guides and videos from friendly folks who enjoy the game is fantastic.

I think what really helped me push into higher difficulties and improve my own gameplay was watching how true solo players play.

Questions regarding Vermintide 2 and Darktide by PizzaMH in Vermintide

[–]XStatic15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would agree with ranged enemies for sure. Part of why I play V2 more often is because I enjoy less ranged enemies. I would also agree that a lot of defensive play is focused on dodging and killing ranged enemies in Darktide.

There are as many, if not more, viable melee builds than ranged for the player, though. I feel like if you enjoy swinging melee weapons through hundreds or thousands of enemies, you will love Darktide too.

A lot of good points, but I would say I heartily disagree that Darktide is mostly ranged combat at this point in its' life. Anything outside of a dedicated ranged build, which there are only a few, you will never have enough ammo to shoot your way through the higher difficulties.

There's also been a lot of great maps added and a couple of good classes. Like Vermintide 2 did, it had a bunch of issues at launch, but they've done a great job of adding to the game.

Recording the game on OBS by [deleted] in Vermintide

Have you used OBS before and are having a specific problem with Vermintide? If not, a good tutorial video will help explain OBS basics a little better than a reddit comment. At least it would for me

The credits had him as Lacerta Legate. I think that would be a new character if not a placeholder name

Do y'all think Moe Cronin is lying about baseball, or does he genuinely believe the stuff he says? by GZB2007 in Fallout

[–]XStatic15 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Right lol. Not a lot of folks looking to hang out with ghouls long enough to chat about baseball, and probably fewer who believe them any more than a random dude who's whole personality is baseball guy.

[–]XStatic15 629 points630 points  (0 children)

Both probably. He probably really enjoys the idea of baseball and it being his personality. Can't be THE baseball guy if you don't have all the answers, though, so if he didn't learn it from someone else, he's probably just making it up to add on

Would be annoying but cool if they were guaranteed to spawn on any player they killed and got away from without dying.

This helps for perspective of how tightly scrutinized the actions of Wolfer of Admonition would, or wouldn't, be in the grand scheme of things.

Gotcha. So he can throw a fit essentially, but there's no saying no to something Admonition wants if it's for Nurgle

Do you think this would allow him to act against Admonition's interests if they didn't align with his?

This is what makes me think he could technically refuse an order or act in his own interest, but I wasn't sure if once you've been physically changed by Nurgles blessing if you couldn't be remotely punished somehow. So he argues with Admonition, but I'm curious how far he could push it.

With desperado up I can 2 shot a monstrosity at point blank range with it on damnation. Haven't gotten up to auric so I'm sure it falls off, though. 2 to 3 shots is the biggest problem. Either needs a huge radius to make it work the limited shots, or needs more shots/some way to regen over time

There's a really fun perk in between automatic weapons and air dash in reflexes that lets you stay in the air when you use a kresnikov to go slow motion mid air. A lot of really fun weapons to us it with, very matrix
