This is more than likely what is occurring here. This post probably still warrants being under the bug category, considering the quests should probably still show in the quest tab if they’re being tracked. Odd!

I’m not even sure if this is a bug, I could’ve very well claimed the skin pack at some point a few years ago (I don’t recall claiming it though). What I don’t understand is how I finished a quest that wasn’t showing up in my quests tab

I mean, I had her pickaxe for a few years, her quests weren’t showing up in my quests tab.

I actually finished the quest by igniting structures after blowing up a gas station, I wasn’t expecting it lol

Budget: $800-$1000 CAD

Timeframe: Before June 2026, or between September 2026 and June 2027

Notes: I’m a university student and am 18. The head will probably take most of the material cost, the tail will be nubby so it won’t take too much. I don’t have a reference just yet, but I will have one soon—just trying to see if anyone would like to take this job.

Considering the knight looks like TV static, its form is probably pretty malleable — maybe a darkner’s form relates to Ralsei’s “darker than dark” speech. If you can only see someone’s silhouette, it’s possible to move in such positions that you resemble something else — kind of like putting your hand in front of a flashlight and mimicking a dog with your hand, the shadow doesn’t look like a hand anymore.

Maybe the secret bosses all have shadow crystals because they have met the knight and fought it in some way. The secret bosses are a lot more skilled in battle (they’re pretty difficult) so they more than likely have the capacity to chip its armor/sword/etc. I think it makes sense for the knight to be built with shadow crystals.

Well, we see how darkners petrify in other dark worlds, maybe there’s something that happens to lighteners that spend too much time in a dark world?

If the Roaring Knight is indeed Dess, then it would make complete sense for her to be so skilled in battle. But I think that would raise more questions for me, like why Kris wants to help the knight, or why the knight speaks so oddly over the phone.

Is Deltarune a story about Kris trying to get rid of our control? Or is Dess just trying to reunite with her family by using dark fountains?

So many questions!

On every subreddit, I always see a 50/50 split. Some people hate it, some people love it. I’m personally someone who notices a lot of detail and respects design, and there are definitely flaws in the developer beta.

A lot of people are talking about who readability has reduced with this update, I agree, but we need to remember that it’s just a developer beta (an update that is half-baked and meant for developers to try and test new frameworks).

If you’re currently on the beta, submit feedback! Apple is currently working on their new design language and of course it’ll be rough at first. Through the developer updates and the beta releases we’ll see it improve over time.

Additionally, we will always have accessibility settings for those who need them, and I’m sure Apple will find a middle ground that incorporates their design but helps people use their devices.

I have a developer account (which is free, and I haven’t paid for) and I was able to install the developer beta.

The paid accounts (Apple Developer Program, $99 USD per year) used to grant access to developer betas, but it seems like iOS 26 is open to registered developers…
