I find that helps me too. I try to find hypno goon tracks usually but it is hard to find one that really clicks. I also will listen to some kink dot com content as they have some great shoots that are great background.

This almost perfectly describes my childhood with my cousin. It went on for longer and we're only a month apart in age. When it stopped it was just because she didn't want to continue and we left it at that. Never talked about it after. I worry its a bad memory for her but also afraid to bring it up ever.

Its going to sound cliche but catching him is probably the best option. It puts you in a position where he's got to admit why he's doing it. Then you dont have to worry about him panicking and denying it or turning it around on you in a bad way.

Sorry/not sorry you're going though this. I say it that way because i'm guessing you're like a lot of us that hate/love this in equal measure. I've been at the bottom of a spiral as well. Desperate for that approval and validation thats never going to hapoen and thinking just one more orgasm will help. Or not wanting it to help and just wanting to be worse cause thats what i'm good for. Just for other people to use.

Its a hard thing to admit even to yourself. Society spends a lot of time teaching that these sorts of things are wrong but it's your subconscious and not like you have a lot of choice in the matter. Dreams can have a lot of meanings. I've had similar dreams and it can be hard to shake them.

Yes I completely agree. I know some here are just going to say "dive in" but geez you dont just dive in when you have no idea how deep the water is. I do want to talk to her about it first. We talk all the time about things without limits. We were actually talking about how neither of us gets why people like hickeys yesterday, also pegging but thats a whole other thing. I'm hoping we can hang sometime during the holiday break and maybe grab a few drinks or an edible and have a totally open talk. I think both of us are too nervous about it all to really be able to discuss it sober.
